Our Ticketing system is the easiest way to do your RMA Repair Requests.  Simply select Repair Request / RMA (Automated) in the dropdown and fill out your information. Multiples can be added to each request.  NO Login is required and you will get email alerts when received and tracking numbers for the return shipments!

We also have an option to lookup warranty information online and get statuses of your orders with us now too!

Click here to go to the Online Form

Click Submit a Ticket (No Login Required)

Select RMA Equipment/Repair Request then fill out the form below.  You can add more then one serial number per model on the form!

If you have multiple Serial Numbers of the same model, you can include multiples in the serial field separated by commas.  You do not need to complete a separate RMA request for each serial number.

PLEASE DO NOT COPY [email protected] on any Tracking emails or in any other correspondence. All emails to that address will create a new Ticket that will not be associated with your current ticket and may cause confusion and delays.

You will receive an email with the mailing address for the repairs and other information about the RMA with your RMA Number.  Please be sure to write the RMA number on the box and include a copy of the email in the box too.

UPDATE NOTICES:
If your repairs are delayed for part shortages, you will receive an update notice along with the serial number(s) affected.  You will also get an update on any units that are Beyond Economical Repair (BER) meaning it would cost more to fix than a new unit. With these units you have the option of having us recycle them or return them.  You can also order a replacement to be sent back to you.  This is how the updates will look:

When repair parts come in, you will get an update on which radio by serial number, the parts are now available.  The repair will then be completed by the next available technician.

Units that are Exchanged will alert you that the old serial number has been exchanged with a different unit.  When you get the units back, please make note of the new serial numbers.  Note, exchanged units have the same warranty expiration date as the original unit.

SHIPPING NOTICE:

When your unit(s) are repaired, you will get an advanced Shipping notice the day they ship out.  The shipping notice will include the Tracking Number:

PLEASE NOTE

By law, shipping Li-Ion batteries without the proper warning label on the box is prohibited!  Please do not include batteries with your returns.

We will no longer work on any repairs without a PO Number.  If the unit is found to be serviceable under warranty you will not be charged for the repair.  Units without a PO number will be held for seven (7) days then return un-repaired if no PO can be obtained.

RMA Number must be written clearly on the outside of the package and inside the box, a copy of the email you will receive after submitting the RMA.  (If you don’t get an email right away, check your SPAM Folder.  For best results, allow-list [email protected])

If you purchased your equipment from one of our Dealers, please contact your Dealer directly.

** We offer an automated online warranty lookup option too, from the same online form, select Warranty Lookup (Automated).  There is one lookup option for Radio Products and a separate one for ONE Products and Sensors.
