How to use the Automated Online Order Status Lookups System

Our NEW Online Order Statues Lookup System is a totally automated system for looking up the statuses of all orders in the past 60 days or less.  Because this is a fully automated system, there are some limitations, but this should provide you with everything you need!


To get started, you must already have an account setup in the Ticketing System with Advanced Wireless Communications (If you've used our Ticketing system to report an issue, done an Online Radio Repair / RMA or Warranty Lookups, you are all set!) If you haven't, it will require a quick verification delay before you can begin using this part of the system.


To Start, use your web browser to navigate to the Advanced Wireless Communications Ticketing System at: https://support.advancedwireless.com. Also, please be sure you have whitelisted our email address that will send you the information from your requests, support@advancedwireless.com as that will be where the email will come from.  If you haven't heard anything from us in 10 minutes, check your Junk Folder in your Email Client.


Once in our Ticketing System, Select SUBMIT A TICKET:



From the drop-down list, select ORDER STATUS LOOKUP (Automated) (Beta)



From here you will fill out the form as shown below:



Because this is an automated system, you must provide a working email address as the results will be emailed to you within about 10 minutes or less after submitting your request.


LOOK UP STORE/LOCATION NUMBER is only available to select customers that are authorized to look up information for Multiple locations.  You can put in ONE Store Number in this field and we will look up all orders for that location.  For all others, you will see all orders placed for the company within the time period and who's attention they were sent to.   Most users will SKIP this field.


NUMBER OF DAYS TO LOOK BACK is limited to 60 days back and 30 results in one lookup. If your results end before a more current date and you have 30 orders shown, you need to shorten your time period. 


IF NO ORDERS ARE FOUND:


If we do not find any orders that match your account setup, you will get a message sent to you that look like this:

If we do find orders you will see something like this:


In the above example, you see the Order Number in our system, the date the order was placed, your PO Number or "N/A" if not provided, the Type of Sale (SALE or SERVICE) and who the order was in attention to (if any).  


The last part of each line tells if it was shipped, partially shipped or if not shipped yet, when the ESTIMATED SHIP Date will be.  

NOTE: If you see (N/A) for the sale type or an ESTIMATED SHIP Date of Jan 01, 1900, this means the order is still being processed and no estimated ship date is available yet. 


PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL, the order lookup system is NOT MONITORED, it is fully automated and not monitored for replies.  If you have questions, please create a new Ticket in the Ticketing System for our Customer Support Group or call us at 1-800-475-5852 during normal business hours to talk to one of our support representatives.  They can assist you with order statuses. 


IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS NEW OR UNVERIFIED:


You will receive a reply back stating: 

You will then get a phone call at the number you left in your ticket to verify your account.  Once verified, your original request will be processed, and you will get the email with the Order Statuses shortly after.
