How to locate your ONE Product Pendants and Transmitters Serial Number:
EN 1223S Waterproof Pendant (PN 921816P)
To get the serial number, turn the pendant around so that the button side is facing down. The Serial Number is on the side of the pendant.
EN 1221W Wrist Waterproof Pendant (PN 221122P)
EN 1221N Neck Waterproof Pendant (PN 221121P)
To get the serial number, turn the pendant around so that the button side is facing down. The Serial Number can be found under the TX ID.
EN 1224 - 4-Button Pendant (PN 918402P)
To get the serial number, turn the pendant on its side so that the numbered buttons are sideways and facing towards you. The Serial Number is found on the side of the pendant containing the 2 and 4 Buttons.
EN 1210 Universal Transmitter (PN 921883P)
EN 1210W Door or Window Reed Switch (PN 917980P)
Disconnect the transmitter/switch, then turn it so that you can see the back side where the cover is. The Serial Number is found in the upper right corner on this side.
Fall Fighter (PN 923010)
Turn the Fall Fighter so that the Reset/Test button and the Speaker are both facing towards you. The Serial Number is found on the top side of the Fall Fighter.
After you have your serial numbers, you can check warranty status using our online warranty lookup from our Ticketing System at anytime day or night at https://support.advancedwireless.com.
