Need to check the Warranty Status for an Advanced Wireless Communications Radio or Repeater Product?


We have added a self service lookup tool to our Ticketing System that will allow you to lookup serial numbers and get an email update with its status.


From the Ticketing System, select Submit a Ticket (No Login Is Required).



Click on the Select your Product or Department drop-down



Choose Warrant Lookup for Radio/Repeaters or for ONE Pendants/Sensors.  These are product specific so please be sure you choose the correct one!



You will need to enter a valid email address as the information will be emailed to you. Choose your model number from the drop-down list and enter each serial number SEPARATED WITH ONE SPACE BETWEEN SERIAL NUMBERS. Serial numbers must all be for the same part number. Maximum is 10 serial numbers in one request.  


PLEASE NOTE:  Serial numbers are normally found UNDER the battery.  There is usually a number on the battery, that is not the serial number for the radio.  Remove the battery and there will be another label attached to the body of the radio with it's serial number.  


Once you Submit you will have your information sent to you in under 5 minutes.  It will look like this:


You will receive one email for all serial number(s).  

 

Please Note:  Do not reply to the Warranty Lookup Emails as they are not monitored.  If you have questions or need more information, put in a new ticket for customer service.  


If you need Service for the unit you MUST put in a separate request using the Repair Request / RMA option from the same site.
