Integrations to Advanced Wireless Communications Ticketing System

Some customers have asked to integrate their internal ticketing systems with Advanced Wireless Communications.  We have developed a system where specially formatted emails can be sent to our Ticketing System and processed.  


This system is now available for use by customers that can output a text only email per our specifications.  If you would like to know more about this solution, please contact us for more information.  



This system requires an output of pure text only, no CSS, no HTML.  Each line of the email has a specific meaning.  Any system capable of providing an email in this format is able to connect to our system.


Currently, we can support the following types of automations:

  1. Standard Trouble Tickets
  2. Warranty Lookup Tickets
  3. RMA's for Repair Tickets
