How to use the Online Ordering System from Advanced Wireless

Online Quick Ordering from Advanced Wireless

It's back!  Our Online Ordering system is BACK!  The new system will allow you to order your pre-approved items directly from our main website.  Here is an overview of how it works:

NOTE:  You must already be a customer of Advanced Wireless Communications and approved to order "On Account".  We do not accept Credit Cards in the Online Ordering Form.

The first time you use the online ordering, you will need to create an account.  From the login menu, click on REGISTER

From here you will enter your email address and select a password:

You will then receive a verification email that will confirm your email address.  If your account is approved already, you will be able to begin using the system right away.

If your email account is already set up in our system, you will be taken to the Ordering System, otherwise you will be asked to register your email address with us so we can verify your account.


Once you log in you will be asked to select your Customer ID (if more than one location) and Ship To location (if you have multiple shipping addresses) 

Select your Ship To from the drop-down and press NEXT.

On the next screen, you will see all the items you can purchase for your account with Photos.  You will be required to enter a Purchase Order Number (PO) or, if your company doesn't use PO's then a Responsible Person for the Order.  This is required for all orders.

You can hover over any photo to see an enlarged version of the photo.  You can change the Quantity for each Item you want to order:

After you have selected all your items, you will get to verify your order (Note:  Order totals do not include TAX or Shipping Charges):

Be sure to click on the disclaimer at the bottom then click on SUBMIT to put your order in. 

For Verification you will be asked to verify that you want an email when the order ships, you will have to check the box and Click OK:

If you click YES, you will get an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. The email will look like this:

Be sure to whitelist the email address "" to be sure you will receive the shipping notifications!

After your order is submitted, you will then get a confirmation with your order number:

And an Email with a copy of your order:
