My Two-Way Radio or AWC Device Needs to be Repaired

Have a Two-Way Radio product or Advanced Wireless Communication Product that needs repair?  Our Ticketing system is the easiest way to do your RMA Repair Requests.  Simply select RMA Equipment/Repair Request in the dropdown from our Ticketing System Site and fill out your information. Multiples devices can be added to each request.  NO Login is required and you will get email alerts when received and tracking numbers for the return shipments!

Select RMA "Repair Request / RMA (Automated)" then fill out the form below.  You can add more then one serial number per model on the form!

You will receive an email with the mailing address for the repairs and other information about the RMA with your RMA Number.  Please be sure to write the RMA number on the box and include a copy of the email in the box too.  

If you have multiple Serial Numbers of the same model, you can include multiples in the serial field separated by commas.  You do not need to complete a separate RMA request for each serial number. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

Please do NOT include batteries with your repairs, Lithium Batteries are not allowed to be shipped without the proper marking on the box!

We require a Purchase Order number (Use responsible person’s name if you don’t use PO’s) to be on the request or we cannot process your repairs. You will be sent a Quote to approve before repairs are done if needed.

RMA Number must be written clearly on the outside of the package and inside the box, a copy of the email you will receive after submitting the RMA.  (If you don’t get an email right away, check your SPAM Folder.  For best results, whitelist support@advancedwireless.com)
