Emergency Support is available for Systems Emergencies were a System is down. Users with a Systems Emergency should call (800) 475-5852 or +1 952-469-5400 and select option 8 if after hours.
Please Note: Emergency support is only available for customers with a Systems down situation. Our after hours system emergency line cannot help you with status of orders, normal support questions or any other non-emergency support. Calls to the Emergency Support line are subject to an Emergency After Hours Support minimum Fee if not covered by a support contract.
Urgent and Normal Support issues should be directed to our Ticketing System at https://support.advancedwireless.com. Tickets receive top priority during our normal support hours. You do not need to setup an account to use the ticketing system and you will be emailed a copy of your ticket immediately!
